Department Overview

To ensure that Rakuten Group employees can work in a safe and comfortable environment, thereby contributing to the overall productivity of the company, we are responsible for the facilities management of the Rakuten Group globally. This includes the selection, construction, and management of both domestic and international offices, starting with Rakuten Crimson House.

Welfare Facilities Group contributes to the growth of the entire organization by ensuring that each of our diverse employees can perform at their best. We are responsible for planning, managing, and operating a variety of welfare facilities aimed at improving productivity, promoting communication, and refreshing employees' minds and bodies. We are constantly evolving our welfare facilities, such as the cafeteria offering free breakfast, lunch, and dinner, cafes, and massage rooms, by incorporating the latest trends.

Position Details

Specific Job Responsibilities :

  • Management and operation of welfare facilities, and management of contracted service providers
  • Identifying issues related to welfare facilities and implementing solutions
  • Planning and developing welfare facilities based on user needs
  • Coordinating with relevant departments for the planning and implementation of internal events
  • Collecting and analyzing user data using Excel
  • Budget management
  • Collecting user feedback and providing initial support

  • Individuals who can continuously challenge themselves with flexible thinking, even in dynamic and changing environments
  • Highly motivated individuals who can identify their own challenges in response to business issues and effectively communicate with stakeholders to see their resolution plans through

    Mandatory Qualifications :

  • TOEIC score of 800 or above, or equivalent English proficiency
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
  • Experience in budget and expense processing
  • Proficiency in PC skills (MOS, formulas, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
  • Desired Qualifications :

  • Experience in contract-related tasks
  • Experience in managing and operating general affairs and welfare facilities
  • Business-level English proficiency (conversational and written)
  • PC skills to perform data analysis and create presentation materials
