As a researcher for the company, you will be responsible for developing and researching new technologies for the success of the business.

Specifically.

Experimentation and development of treatment systems for organic residues using insects.

Promote and manage the research team : lead and manage the progress of the project and maximize the abilities of team members

Technology assessment : evaluation of new technologies and methods and analysis of their applicability

Development strategy formulation : Design and implement short- and long-term R&D strategies.

Reporting and presenting research results : Reporting and presenting research results at internal meetings and externally.

Grant application : Research possible grants, prepare and submit applications.

Established in 2019. University-based R&D start-up company. Required

• Experience in some kind of research or experience as a research assistant / technician.
• Experience in a related field such as biotechnology， environmental engineering， biology， chemistry， electrical engineering，
• Willingness to learn Japanese ＊Current language proficiency is not required. 優遇要件 -Master’s degree or Ph.D. is preferred， but emphasis is on character.
• Experience in writing papers or obtaining patents
• Experience in leading a research team
• Experience in writing reports and papers in English.
• Experience in new business development and business start-up
