Position Overview
TGRC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations on an offshore wind project in Ibaraki, Japan. This role is integral to the success of the project, ensuring that all site activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring project timelines and objectives are met.
Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of offshore wind turbines.
Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain quality standards.
Resolve any on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience working on offshore wind projects is essential.
Proven track record of managing large-scale offshore construction projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
