As the Sales Training and Development Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and capabilities of our sales force. Your responsibilities will include : Managing, leading, and developing a team of 4 dedicated Sales Training professionals.Developing and localizing training content to meet the specific needs of our sales teams.Designing and delivering Medical Representative (MR) training programs to enhance performance and engagement.Supporting organizational design and workforce planning by analyzing and identifying current and future capability requirements.Ensuring the successful implementation of business strategies through workforce development and career planning. QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above5+ years of experience as an MR required2+ years of sales training and / or MR development experience requiredPeople Management experience strongly preferredFluent Japanese and Business English strongly preferred Working at Novo Nordisk At Novo Nordisk, we don’t wait for change.
