Responsibilities

• Lead teams of on-site Maintenance Technicians based at client warehouse locations in the Central and Eastern Japan region, including Nagoya (Chūbu) and Hiratsuka (Kantō) , inclusive of recruiting, onboarding, performance management and regular training & development
• Support Maintenance Technicians in their day-to-day work by providing technical and operational direction and guidance
• Plan and ensure preventative maintenance tasks and other maintenance operations are carried out on time and on schedule
• Act as Exotec's local representative, both in-person and remotely, for assigned client warehouse locations
• Monitor performance KPIs at client sites, providing regular and timely data reports to appropriate internal and external stakeholders
• See that any escalations or system performance issues are resolved as soon as possible, which may include critical travel to assigned client warehouse locations and / or covering Maintenance Technician shifts if needed
• Ensure material purchasing stays within budget
• Manage any third-party schedules as appropriate, making sure that mandatory equipment inspections are completed within scheduled timelines
• Ensure Maintenance team members, external partners and / or contractors, warehouse operators and any on-site visitors are compliant with health, safety and environmental standards and protocol
• Participate in client site continuous improvement projects
• Exotecの現地代表として対面およびリモートで対応する
• KPI（主要業績評価指標）を監視し、社内外の関係者に対して定期的かつタイムリーなデータレポートを提供する
