Making animals’ lives better makes life better – join our team today! 職務概要 日本ビジネスにおけるペットヘルス及び畜産営業チームの、SFE戦略と実行を主導します。 SFEで目指すところは、所与のリソースの下で、より効果的、効率的、革新的な営業チーム運 営戦略を提供することです。 SFE 戦略には、顧客セグメンテーション、テリトリー設定、コール ( 対面及びデジタル) リー チと頻度のターゲット設定、および営業チーム向けの効果的なレポートおよびプロモーション ツールの提供が含まれます。 SFEマネージャーはコマーシャルオペレーション責任者に報告し、社長、営業部長等と緊密に 連携しながら、この SFE 戦略を通じて日本のコマーシャルモデルに変化をもたらします。 また、グローバルチームのSFEリーダーとも連携して、グローバルSFE戦略を、日本市場に最 適な形で実装します。 職務においてエランコが提供できること :

  • SFEマネージャーとして、以下の業務を担当していただきます。 顧客データ分析 / セグメンテーション
  • 2回または1回 + アドホック分析・調査です。 SFE KPIの設定とトラッキング
  • SFE KPI を提案します。
  • SFE KPIは、適切な実行のためにトラッキングする必要があり、改善の ために定期的にレポーティングと分析および改善提案を提供します。 効果的なレポート作成とプロモーションレポート / ツールのソリューションを提供
  • Veeva / Tableau プラットフォームを使用しており、これらを最大限に活用し、より効果的な営業運営モデル推進のための新しいアイデアやソリューションの提案を行うことを求められます 以下のスキル・経験・マインドが必要です : 資格と経験 :
  • 3年以上のビジネス経験
  • CRM&IT機能を担当する
  • 5人のメンバーとともに、コマーシャルオペレーション部の一員になります。
  • 10%程度の出張の可能性があります。 Your Role : SFE Manager You will lead SFE strategy & execution for Japan Pet Health & Farm Animal sales force.

In short, SFE’s goal is to provide more effective, efficient and innovative sales force operation strategy under given resources.

SFE strategy includes customer segmentation, territory setting, call (FTF & Digital) reach & frequency target setting and providing effective reporting and promotion tools for commercial team.

You will report to Head of Commercial Operations and by also closely working with General Manager, Head of Sales, you will make a change in Japan commercial model through this SFE strategy.

You will also work with International SFE leaders to implement global SFE directions in a better way to best fit for Japan market. Your Responsibilities : Customer data analysis / segmentation

  • Analyse customer data (for pet health & farm animal) based on sales actual and potential (# of animals, etc) and propose segmentation to prioritize approach model by sales reps.
  • Frequency of analysis is biannually or annually + ad hoc investigation depending on situation. SFE KPI setting & tracking

  • Based on above customer segmentation, you will propose sales rep’s SFE KPI such as customer  reach %, call frequency and % time in field target.
  • Above SFE KPI need to be tracked for good execution and you will provide reporting & analysis and proposal periodically for improvement Providing solutions for effective reporting & promotional report / tool
  • We are using Veeva / Tableau platform for call note entry & reporting and you will purse for the best use of them and are encouraged to make new idea / solution proposals for more effective commercial operation model    What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications) :
  • 3+ years business experience related to commercial data analysis
  • Business experience in commercial project management / implementation
  • Business English speaking / writing skill
  • Bachelor’s Degree What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) :
