Safety Labeling Team : Quality Assurance Analyst

ResponsibilitiesThe Trust and Safety were established to create to bring safety to the platform. We work hard to make sure the platform is protected and able to provide the best experience for all of our users. It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role / as part of project / in response to escalation requests / by chance. This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals. Responsibilities Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news. 1. Perform daily audit on internal system; 2. Provide analysis of errors and feedback to respective team; 3. Work with training team to align policy understanding of QA and labelers; 4. Provide support on Policy / Quality related questions on ad-hoc basis; 5. Responsible for guiding new joiners in order to achieve ramp up target; 6. Work closely with Safety Specialist in order to provide feedback on quality; 7. Identify potential errors in policy and correct them in time; 8. Conduct quality meeting with the team to analyze errorsQualificationsMinimum Qualifications 1. This role will be JP based 2. JP fluent / ENG proficient 3. Bachelor's degree or above 4. A minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst will be welcome but not limited 5. Strong attention to details and ability to work independently 6. Great communication skills 7. Experience in Content Moderation / Content Quality / Content Safety / Labeling will be an added advantageJob InformationAbout Us
