Job Description :
We are seeking a bilingual (Japanese-English) Pre-Sales Business Analyst with strong domain experience in the healthcare supply chain industry. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, sales teams, and solution architects—translating business needs into functional requirements and showcasing how our solutions address those needs.Job Responsibilities :
Partner with Sales and Solution Consulting teams during the pre-sales cycle to understand customer pain points and map appropriate solutions.Conduct client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions (Japanese and English).Translate business requirements into functional solution concepts aligned with healthcare supply chain workflows.Create and deliver product demos, Proof of Concept (PoC) presentations, and response documents (RFP / RFI).Work with product and delivery teams to scope solutions and estimate efforts.Analyze current state business processes, identify gaps, and provide recommendations.Prepare documentation including business process flows, functional specs, and value propositions in Japanese.Support go-to-market strategy and localization of healthcare supply chain offerings for the Japan market.Job Qualification :
5+ years of business analysis or pre-sales experience in healthcare or life sciences domain.Understanding of healthcare systems (hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostics, medical devices)Supply chain processes such as procurement, inventory, logistics, and compliance.Strong analytical and documentation skills (use case diagrams, BPMN, BRDs).Experience working with ERP / SaaS solutions in a pre-sales capacity is preferred.Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-cultural, and client-facing environments.Language skills : Fluent level Japanese(N2 and above)proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) and fluent in English.
