Job Description
- Lead all phases of the design process, including programming, basic design, design development, implementation design, and construction management knowledge.
- Lead the development of space plans, price proposals, FF&E selection, and product and material specifications.
- Provide overall design oversight on-site to analyze and resolve design issues that lead to client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with design team, client, consultants, contractors, vendors, etc.
- Maintain deadlines for design deliverables.
