Job Summary :

TA Mnagerと共に随時サポート・リードする役割を担います。

MIS、人事オペレーション、システム、コンプライアンス対応、サポート業務を日々管理します。

Responsibilities :

• TA内の業務プロセスにおける、AIやテクノロジーを使った自動化を積極的に行う。
• Workdayを通じて、明確なコミュニケーションとタイムリーな更新により、候補者体験を効果的に管理。
• TD SYNNEXを「選ばれる雇用主」とするための革新を継続。
• Workdayを活用した採用プロセス全体の実行を担当。
• HR変革を支援する戦略的取り組みの一環として、HRプロジェクトの実行を支援。
