About Organization
This Business Unit holds ownership for designing, building, managing and enhancing international products and services for end users (consumer & enterprise). The teams will be responsible for developing product vision and roadmap, defining user experience and creating go-to market strategies.
This department leads the development and management of International products and services for Rakuten subscribers. We are responsible for tapping on building business opportunities and revenue stream. By understanding the market needs and customer painpoints, the team designs the end-to-end customer experience tailored for Rakuten roaming customers.
Position Details
- Responsible for developing product vision and roadmap, defining end-to-end user experience and creating go-to market strategies
- Conduct, market study, feasibility study and provide market insights for International services
- Develop business simulations with existing data sets and provide recommendation on ideas to drive revenue growth and product enhancements
- Design and optimize product features and various customer touchpoints to improve overall customer experience for International Products and Services streamline the web interfaces for better User Experience
- Perform user testing, regression testing, sanity checks on Web UI for new product development
- Design process flows and suggest improvements in existing processes
- Track the delivery of projects and ensure timely delivery
- Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders for product development process, including ideation, research, design, Proof of Concept, development, UAT and launch.
- Create business cases, market analysis for products, features related to International Business of Rakuten
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute research, strategic planning and implementation related to international business
- Develop materials for communication with internal and external stakeholders
Work Environment
International Business Division holds ownership for designing, building, managing and enhancing international products and services for end users (consumer & enterprise). The teams will be responsible for developing product vision and roadmap, defining user experience and creating go-to market strategies.
We work closely we various stakeholders across functions like Sales & Marketing, UIUX, Legal, Regulatory, Engineering, IT, Financial and Accounting etc.
Minimum Qualification
