Background to recruitment :

Strengthening of biology in drug discovery

Description of work :

Conception / invention of drug approach that addresses unmet needs AND is NOT me-too.

Establishment / construction of in vitro / in vivo pharmacological models / assays.

Analyses of mechanisms of action of drug candidates.

Qualifications 求める経験：

6年制大学卒業後あるいは博士課程入学後5年以上の生物学研究の実務経験。実務経験の場がアカデミア or 企業は問わない。

Desired experience：

Hands-on experience of research on biology : 5 years or more after the graduation of the master course of the university or the 6-year university. No limitation to your (the applicant 's) current belongs, academia or company.

Nice to have : Experience of research on the true basis of mammalian life phenomena, and / or experience of research on human diseases / disorders.

Desired skills / knowledge / abilities：

Ability on biological experiments including experiment-modification / alteration ability. (Fundamental ability for exerting the evaluation of drug candidates having unprecedented mechanisms of action.)

Depth of Hands-on experience of biology research that can be the basis of the above. (Wide experiences are not necessary.)

Mentality so that you (the applicant) can enjoy totally new challenges and / or changes.

Desired competencies :

Behavior to tackle continuously and actively with discovering and overcoming various needs related to human health.

Behavior to respect other members’ thoughts and expertise in the R&D process, and then to find out optimal solutions for creating better new drugs.

Proficient English skills required (TOEIC score : 730 or above)

Original article(s) published in scientific journal that you (the applicant) are the first-author AND actually played a central role in writing the manuscript.
