Site Project Tools coordinator CON / SER
Be part of highly dedicated team, to strive to deliver Tools to service and construction sites in ASP. Will be working with people locally and abroad.
It's a fast-paced department, and we need to adjust workload all the time, and prioritize task.
Responsibilities
Handle customer orders from Projects or service units
Coordinate transportation between construction Tools Hub and global customers
Control stock availability to prevent project stops
Coordinate and communicate with suppliers
Provide logistic and technical support to construction sites
Offer logistic and technical support to service operations
Support regional Construction Tools warehouses
Ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment
Optimize logistics processes for efficiency
Manage maintenance stocks with relevant activities
Control account payable and documentations
Qualifications
Highly experienced in shipping, Logistics, purchasing or supply chain management in an international company.
Proven track record in project-oriented work in a make to order environment.
Understanding of project plans and deadlines.
Proficient in Excel, SAP or Equivalent ERP software.
Experience with SAP Document Management system and Engineering change Management .
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Business level in Japanese and English, both Written and oral .
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
