Annually Salary :  8 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and maintain production servers to ensure high availability and optimal performance
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and security upgrades
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues in a timely manner
  • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Perform capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize server resources
  • Work with development teams to deploy and support applications in production
  • Documentation and maintenance of server configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Handle irregular and ad-hoc requests
  • Implement and maintain automation scripts to streamline server administration tasks
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and corporate security policies
  • Log and analyze issues, resolve them, and explain the results on Windows Server / Web Server

    • Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in server administration and maintenance
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows server operating systems
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts
  • Experience with monitoring tools
  • Understand security best practices and compliance requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment with customers and stakeholders in Japan
  • Experience with Java, Docker
  • Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience in database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL)
  • Knowledge and understanding of PLM such as ARAS
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders in Japanese (native or N1 level)
  • Able to make business trips as needed
