KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Intelligence :
Design and implement a comprehensive business intelligence strategy to enhance data visibility and accessibility across the organization.
Design and implement management tools & KPIs to optimize sales, store & staff performance through a Retail Operations strategy to be implemented globally, establishing excellent retail standards while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and standards.
Review Boutiques and Outlets performances, productivity, space monitoring, staff KPIs, commission schemes to identify opportunities of growth.
Lead the development of advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive modelling, data mining, and machine learning.
Oversee the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualization tools that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, Retail and finance, to identify data needs and drive data-driven initiatives.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Ensure data governance and quality standards are met to maintain the integrity and reliability of business intelligence outputs.
Commercial Operations :
Oversee and manage all company operations, ensuring they are executed in a timely and efficient manner
Design and implement operational strategies, plans, and procedures to promote organizational efficiency and effectiveness
Coordinate with other department heads to ensure operational alignment with the business strategy
Monitor operational performance and make necessary adjustments to meet business objectives
Develop and manage operational budgets, financial plans, and resources
Drive initiatives to improve customer service and business performance
Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Identify and address problems and opportunities for improvement
Lead and inspire the team to provide full support to the retail sales team to achieve exceptional customer experience, operational excellence and all sales & KPI results.
Ensure smooth and effective dialogue with the stores to improve the daily operations and share the case study of best practice.
Manage the store service -related vendor, renew & filing the corresponding contracts. Centralize the purchase order generation in system and the payment settlement.
Centralize the store tools ordering and payment settlement. Control the yearly spending according to the budget.
Manage the uniform of all store staffs – ordering, distribution & maintenance; and control the yearly budget.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES
S10+ year experience in retail, not necessarily in luxury industry.
Proven record of knowledge and expertise in retail operations and business intelligence.
Managerial experience in supervising a small team.
Strong numerical, analytical and presentation preparation experience.

An influencer who demonstrates strong capabilities in working in a matrix environment, able to convince people from other teams to embrace his / her projects.
Strong analytic and critical thinking skills, with a sense of details. Employ analytical skills and use a data-driven approach to decision making.

Professional, proactive, and calm when handling challenging situations, open to listening to difference points of view to reach consensus and agreement.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt his / her level of communication and details to his / her audience. Ability to present information and ideas clearly, in both formal and informal situations.
Excellent project management skills, with the capability to split complex projects in sub projects.
Ability to work in a team environment, with a proactive collaborative approach to deliver results, and a “can do” attitude.
Use to work in an international environment and capable to sense cultural differences.
Fluent in Japanese and English, additional language is a plus.
Good knowledge of Asian business would be a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
