Team Introduction

At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. Job Responsibilities : 1. Manage and update pipelines 2. Translate documents between English and Japanese 3. Take meeting minutes 4. Analyze data and trending creatives related to TikTok advertising 5. Support client proposals by gathering data and coordinating with assistants 6. Troubleshoot account issues and handle ad reviews

Minimum qualifications : 1. Able to work at least 3 days a week for a minimum of 6 months. 2. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. 3. Aspires to work in a sales-related role in the future. 4. Values teamwork not only within their own team but also with other departments and regions. Possesses a proactive and ambitious mindset, eager to take on new challenges. 5. Fluent in Japanese, Business-level English proficiency. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 6. Able to work with Excel for data aggregation and create presentations using PowerPoint. 7. A TikTok user with a solid understanding of its features. Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience in managing ads on similar platforms 2. Experience in leading projects involving multiple stakeholders 3. Experience in passionately committing to and completing a project 4. Experience posting videos as a TikTok creator 5.
