Your Experience & Qualifications

Japanese (C2) and English proficiency (B2 or above)

Degree in the desired subject area with above-average grades(ideally Master's degree)

First practical experience through relevant internships (ideally in the automotive industry)

International experience through studies abroad or internships

High motivation, curiosity, and commitment to professional and personal development

Holistic entrepreneurial and change mindset as well as hands-on mentality

Strong communication and collaboration skills
