APAC HR Business Partner Leader
We are seeking an experienced APAC HR Business Partner Leader for a prominent automotive company in Yokohama, Japan. This important role involves working with global teams and supporting branches across the APAC region, including China and Singapore. As the HRBP Leader, you will align HR strategies with business goals, foster a positive work environment, and support company growth. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact, collaborate with global stakeholders, and lead teams in dynamic markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise business leaders on HR solutions that align with company goals and improve the employee experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and local employment laws to guide decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with leadership to address business challenges.
- Provide HR guidance, ensuring compliance with laws and excellence in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and organizational changes for smooth operations.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and talent development in collaboration with performance teams.
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Lead annual HR activities like budget planning and performance reviews.
- Conduct regular site visits across APAC, with some international travel.
Qualifications :
Proven success in HR business partnering and operational delivery.CIPD / SHRM certification or similar experience.Strong knowledge of employment law and ability to handle complex HR issues.Expertise in employee relations, talent management, and reward practices.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.Fluency in Japanese and English; additional languages are a plus.Experience in a global, matrixed environment, ideally in engineering or manufacturing.html
