職務内容の詳細Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty instead of every year of education. At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology. Japanese citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time. At least 6 years of experience in Java development and maintenance. Written and spoken Japanese (native or near-native level – N2 or N1 level is required). Business English is required At least 10 years of experience in Financial Services Background - preferably Manufacture domain . Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in software development life cycle Ability to work in team in diverse / multiple stakeholder environment Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Core project management skills; progress management, action and issue management, risk management, time and quality management,
- Application development and / or delivery experience.
- Experience with Off-shore / On-shore delivery model.
- Documentation creation skills in a structured way for everyone to easier to understand and use.

Preferred Qualifications :
At least 3 years of experience in Springboot. Experience in Legacy Modernization programs is a positive.
