Job Responsibilities :
Reporting to the marketing director, you are responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement and driving sales revenue by developing and executing marketing campaigns across ecommerce, retail, and experiential channels. Working closely with HQ in Singapore, you will be collaborating with distributor, retailers, vendors to manage promotions, and leverage market insights to enhance Razer's positioning as a leading lifestyle gaming brand in Japan
- Plan and implement channel marketing campaigns across offline and online channels, including retail activations, events, in-store promotions, ensuring brand consistency and maximum customer engagement
- Drive in-store branding, product launches, and experiential marketing activities while collaborating with retail teams to enhance foot traffic and sales conversions
- Continuously manage and enhance product listings across all online platforms (primarily Amazon) to maintain content excellence. Oversee and activate online ad campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI through performance tracking
- Manage merchandising across stores to ensure brand consistency and visibility. Identify and execute in-store branding opportunities, optimize product displays, and collaborate with store teams to enhance customer engagement and sales.
- Work closely with the HQ marketing team to align on branding, promotions, and overall channel marketing strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and execution
- Oversee channel marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution, and leverage CRM and performance-based analytics to track marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI
- Prepare and present ongoing reports to management.
- Build good relationship to all channel partners by ongoing dialogue
- Perform other job duties as assigned
