Your Mission ]

Content Producer / Studio Assistant

As a Content Producer / Studio Assistant, your mission is to support and enhance Bokksu's creative vision by translating established design concepts into polished, production-ready photo and video assets. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the brand's aesthetic and functional coherence across all physical and digital touchpoints. By creating compelling visual content, you will ensure a consistent and seamless brand experience that resonates with our audience worldwide.

This role requires working at least 3 days a week from our Tokyo office in the Shinjuku neighborhood as well as occasional on-location shoots.

Your Responsibilities ]

• Photo and Video Production : Extend and translate creative concepts into high-quality production-ready assets for print, web, and digital formats, ensuring alignment with Bokksu's brand standards. Assist production team with tasks including lighting, prop-sourcing, and overall photo composition.
• Collaborative Workflow : Work closely with the creative, marketing, and brand management teams to produce photo & video assets that effectively communicate our marketing initiatives and brand messages.
• Project Management : Efficiently manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining consistency and precision in every output.
• Quality Control : Apply expert knowledge in color theory and compositional principles to create visually appealing and technically sound works.
• Creative Solutions : Offer creative solutions that enhance visual communication and effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Industry Trends – Stay updated with the latest trends in design, photography, and marketing to keep Bokksu at the forefront of the industry.
• Brand Continuity – Deeply and effectively understand and implement brand visual aesthetics and visual voice through video and photo production.
