  • Project & Product Management

  • Take responsibility to ensure adequate outcomes for the projects in line with business objectives.
  • Communicate and manage the expectation from each stakeholder.
  • Lead project members, vendors and supporters to accomplish the project goal in each of the project phases.
  • Demand Management & Solution Design

  • Research future business demand and IT trend to prepare the best fit solution for Sales & Customer Services business domain.
  • Design IT solutions based on the business demand and align with MB Standard requirements.
  • Establish, communicate, and lead decision making process of implementation.
  • Service Delivery & Operation

  • Supervise and support the person in charge and / or IT partners who are responsible for IT Delivery in terms of software change, from business process point of view.
  • Track the status of major incidents and drive resolution.
  • Analyze root cause of critical incidents, then define and implement the fix together with responsible vendor.
  • IT Strategy & Planning

  • Prepare and deliver input for the strategic midterm IT plan in collaboration and in line with the business strategic objectives, the IT mission, and the application landscape vision.
  • Finalize strategic plan together with supervisor, and breakdown into yearly based one with budget planning.
  • Sourcing & Supplier Management

  • Evaluate the performance of suppliers together with supervisor.
  • Manage suppliers to achieve a good performance in the low cost in accordance with sourcing strategy according to the supervisors instruction.
  • Qualifikationen

  • SE,インフォメーションテクノロジー等の分野で学位、または同等の学位
  • ITIL、 スクラム関連資格の保有
  • 2次面接は英語となります。
  • SAPシステム、モジュール、各機能に関する造詣が深いこと
  • SAP開発の経験
  • SAPの構成管理ツール・開発ツール(ABAP、Fiori、SAP BTP等)システムインテグレーションのハンズオンの経験。
  • SAPシステムの変更ができる能力
  • 5年以上のプロジェクトマネージメント経験
  • 5以上のアーキテクチャーデザインと実施経験
  • 5年以上のアプリ開発およびITオペレーション経験
  • 3年以上のデジタルタッチポイント、オンライン体験、顧客データ管理、キャンペーンのセグメンテーションやターゲティングなどのエクスペリエンスに関連するカスタマーエクスペリエンス / カスタマージャーニービジネスプロセスの経験
  • Education / Languages]

  • Diploma degree in university of System Engineering, Information Technology, or other relevant discipline
  • Project Management / ITIL / Scrum Certification
  • Demonstrate a level of English proficiency to perform your job duties using English. Specifically, the ability to participate in English meetings, give presentations in English, and understand English documents.

  • Knowledge : Strong understanding of SAP systems, modules, and functionalities.
  • Experience : Proven experience in SAP development, including customization, enhancements, and system changes.
  • Technical Skills : Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development tools (such as ABAP, Fiori, or SAP BTP), and system integration.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and implement SAP system changes effectively.

  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, document technical changes, negotiation to business units to understand, and present solutions clearly.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in project management
  • At least 5 years’ experience in architecture design & implementation
  • At least 5 years’ experience in application development and / or IT operation
  • At least 3 years’ Customer Experience / Customer Journey business process related experience (Digital Touch Point, Online Experience, Customer Data Management, Segmentation / Targeting for Campaign etc.)
