SSGA Japan Digital Product, AVP

Overview

This role will support the daily content and data management of Japanese products across State Street Global Advisors managed websites. This will include, but is not limited to, Supporting annual compliance reviews, document publishing, fund launches, regulatory fund changes, translation management, supporting fund lifecycle events, competitor reviews.

Core Activities :

• Support the content and data display of ETF, ITMs and other products on State Street Global Advisors managed websites in Japan. This involves working closely with : Marketing : APAC digital lead and channel marketing on content requirements, managing translations, document publishingProduct and product oversight : to understand fund characteristics and data display requirementsLegal and compliance : to ensure we have the necessary disclosures and compliance approvalsIT and data teams to make sure we have the necessary fund information feeding into our systems, providing translations where requiredOther internal and external teams involved in making sure we have the appropriate data and content on our websites for each fund to meet regulatory and commercial data requirements
• Act as subject matter expert for Japanese product information (text and data) on websites and fact sheets.
• Understand site differences between countries, web page / fact sheet templates, data constraints, text nuances, regulatory requirement / limits – etc.
• Work with data providers to problem solve quickly and efficiently
• Provide quality assurance testing support and leadership for key projects
• Build strong working relationships and collaborate with internal groups and external partners to be successful
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve and evolve current processes
• Drive teamwork and consensus with partners and project team members
