Job Purpose
This role is responsible for supporting function leaders to achieve their strategic goals from an HR perspective as a trusted advisor and a partner, providing solutions to needs and challenges in the areas of people, organization, and culture.
Key Accountabilities
Serves as a strategic, trusted advisor and partner with function leaders and senior managers to provide solutions to needs and challenges in the areas of people, organization, and culture.
Support recruitment activities for specific functions by being the bridge between the recruitment team, function leaders, and agents, to clarify the requirements and proceed with the internal governance
Provide input to the recruitment team, review the progress of hiring actions, take follow up initiatives accordingly
In collaboration with the center of expertise (COEs) of HR division, the role also helps to achieve transformational business goals by fostering organizational and people effectiveness, especially in a context of Our Group.
Support to define and run the key talent agendas, including the Group’s annual Organization and Talent Review (OTR) where high potentials are identified
Support to build a talent pipeline and develop succession plans for key positions
Provide support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotion, and job grading
Facilitate annual target setting and performance management processes
Monitor work life balance and make improvement proposals
Design new organizations and / or make organizational changes as required based on business strategy
Draft minutes of meetings with top management and function leaders
