About Our TeamOur Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. As Talent Acquisition Intern for TikTok Trust & Safety's team, you will support recruitment for various roles such as Product Managers, Data Scientists, Program Managers and Algorithm Trainers etc. You will provide excellent candidate experience and look to optimise recruitment processes. In this role you will be a part of a fun, supportive and professional team. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities : - Be responsible for supporting recruitment life cycle, such as sourcing, interview coordination, recruiting channels management, onboarding etc. - Maintain effective communication with candidates and follow up recruitment results and process feedback closely. - Ensuring a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates. - Support various recruiting projects and programs, such as campus and internship projects and D&I initiatives. - Support new projects, and / or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Support HRBP in any other general HR-related work and / or project.

Minimum Qualifications : - Undergraduate or master students who are interested in the short form video platform industry. - Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English and Japanese (verbal and written) for effective liaison with external candidates. - Self-driven, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Able to commit 3 days a week for at least 6 months.
