Responsibilities

Job Description

AR accountant is solely responsible for the overall Accounts Receivable and reports to AR leader and Finance Manager.

This position is to process incoming cash, monitor AR / Notes Receivable balance, and also to support other AR tasks.

He / she collaborates with Sales team and Order Management team as well as other finance accountants in charge of cash flow management and customer credit management.

• Billing process management; delivery note and billing invoice
• AR Management including Aging report preparation and analysis
• Notes / Densai Receivable Management
• Monthly / Quarterly / Annually Closing Support
• Internal and External audit support
• As hoc AR-related projects participation

Qualifications

2年以上主担当で経験された方

ERP使用経験

PCスキル（Excel・Word）

SAP使用経験者

VBA、パワークエリー

Skills

2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience

Proficiency in ERP

Microsoft Excel, Word - intermediate level

Native level Japanese

Plus

SAP experience

Qualification for Bookkeeping

English language proficiency – Business level

VBA, Microsoft Query (. Power Query in Excel)
