Semiconductor Laser Product Engineer

職務内容の詳細BSc, MSc, PhD degree in electronics, electrical engineering, physics, or a related equivalent technical field. Bachelors and 6+ years of work experience, Masters and 4+ years of work experience. PhD. no relevant work experiences. Experience in the design and development of DFB lasers and electro-absorption modulator integrated lasers using InP-based materials, including expertise in performance evaluation, yield improvement, and cost reduction design, is desirable. Skills in database management and statistical analysis using software would be advantageous. Fluent Japanese speaker and business level English skill including managing and discussion in on-line meeting, email communications, and documentation in English.

Responsibilities :
- Yield management, cost management, and front-end / back-end process management for semiconductor laser products (DFB lasers and electro-absorption modulator integrated lasers).
- Planning and driving projects for yield improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement of semiconductor laser products.
- Improving the characteristics of semiconductor laser products, process improvements, and defect analysis.
