Telecom BSS OSS Enterprise Business Architect Tokyo Job

職務内容の詳細Develop and maintain a holistic view of the OSS / BSS ecosystem, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Design and optimize the IT architecture to support scalable and agile telecom operations. Guiding the integration of OSS / BSS solutions with existing IT infrastructure. Knowledge on Telecom Access / Backhaul network, different network topologies, different network nodes for 5G Mobile service or VPN services or Non-Terrestrial Network or Cloud PBX is mandatory. Service Fulfilment / Service Assurance telecom journeys knowledge is mandatory. Knowledge on ServiceNow modules CSM, ITSM, TSOM, CMDB is mandatory. Salesforce knowledge is desirable. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and IT teams, to gather, analyze, prioritise business requirements. Translate these requirements into technical solutions that enhance OSS / BSS capabilities. Presenting architectural proposals and strategies to senior management and external partners. Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to evaluate, select, and implement OSS / BSS solutions. Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to service level agreements. Identify opportunities for process optimization within the OSS / BSS domain. Streamline workflows, automate tasks, and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Stay current with emerging telecom technologies and industry trends. Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and solutions to improve OSS / BSS efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. Championing the adoption of TM Forum frameworks like Frameworx for standardized processes and systems. Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of IT professionals, including architects, engineers, and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Create and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and technical standards. Effectively communicate architectural decisions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Nearly 15 to 25 years of IT experience, with a proven track record in Enterprise Architecture. Strong understanding of telecom product catalogues, modelling standards, Integration standards and best practices. Proficiency in data modelling techniques and tools with expertise in software development methodologies (including Agile). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Project management experience, including the ability to lead and deliver complex projects. Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset. Skillset Required : Business Architect, Japanese JLPT N2, Cloud PBX , OSS / BSS, business analysis, IT architecture, Agile, software development, English 2
