What you’ll do;

Be part of the Japan People & Culture team in building and maintaining an exceptional employee experience and smooth office operations

Handle daily operations associated with employee-life cycle including but not limited to managing off-boarding and onboarding, IT asset management, office admin to enhance the people and workplace experience

Collaborate with the market HRBP on people operations tasks, including payroll process procedures and HR information management.

Ensure facilities are operated and maintained in alignment with standards. Further develop standards as internal stakeholders needs evolve

Maintain partnerships with geographically distributed HRBPs, TA and other People Operations team members.

What you’ll need;

1-2 years' experience in HR operations, GA or Community Engagement

Passion for building and growing genuine relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required

Attention to detail and effective prioritization skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
