  • HR KPIデータの管理と、マネジメントへの報告。KPI改善施策の検討、実施。
  • BCP)と緊急時対応計画の策定、運用管理
  • Manage and lead plant HR&GA team. Manage planning and execution of tasks in HR& GA area.
  • Deploy and implement company's HR strategy and policies aligning with Yokohama HQ and HQ in Germany.
  • Deploy and implement work regulations etc. to Plant. Establish and manage internal regulations in plant.
  • Operate and manage Talent Management Flow (Evaluation and development) for plant employees. Plan, execute trainings for plant employees and promote their development.
  • Labor management (overtime hours, paid leave rate, mental health issues, etc.) Manage HR KPIs and data. Report to management and plan & implement KPI improvement measures.
  • Collaborate with plant management team to improve the work environment. Promote enhancement corporate culture and leadership.
  • Manage, supervise and develop Plant HR&GA team, including cost management.
  • Networking and collaboration with Yokohama HQ HR and other stakeholders in Global.
  • Supervise, implement and promote ESH and Sustainability activities in the plant.
  • Following tasks are also in the responsibility of Plant HR& GA>

    • Recruitment (new graduates from high schools and technical colleges, temporary employees, mid-career employees) including contract management of temporary employees
    • Occupational health and safety management
    • Management of KAIZEN groups (bottom-up improvement) activities.
    • Creation and operational management of Business Continuity Plan and Emergency Response Plan for plant.
    • Plant public communication, Planning and execution of plant events
    • Management of Quality management system in Plant.

    • Non-Japaneseとの業務経験
    • OA& ITスキル(中級程度以上)
    • Work experience in multiple areas in HR / GA, such as talent development, labor management, Compensation & Benefit, recruitment, etc.
    • Knowledge of labor-related laws and regulations
    • Experience in team management
    • Work experience in plant or operation HR
    • Work experience in collaboration with overseas locations or non-Japanese colleagues.
    • OA & IT tool skills (Intermediate level or above)
    • Highly cooperative and flexible to accept diverse values.
    • Able to think zero-based and take action to achieve team and overall goals.
    • Those who can promote teamwork
    • Japanese : Native level
    • English; Business level
