Manage and lead plant HR&GA team. Manage planning and execution of tasks in HR& GA area.
Deploy and implement company's HR strategy and policies aligning with Yokohama HQ and HQ in Germany.
Deploy and implement work regulations etc. to Plant. Establish and manage internal regulations in plant.
Operate and manage Talent Management Flow (Evaluation and development) for plant employees. Plan, execute trainings for plant employees and promote their development.
Labor management (overtime hours, paid leave rate, mental health issues, etc.) Manage HR KPIs and data. Report to management and plan & implement KPI improvement measures.
Collaborate with plant management team to improve the work environment. Promote enhancement corporate culture and leadership.
Manage, supervise and develop Plant HR&GA team, including cost management.
Networking and collaboration with Yokohama HQ HR and other stakeholders in Global.
Supervise, implement and promote ESH and Sustainability activities in the plant.

Recruitment (new graduates from high schools and technical colleges, temporary employees, mid-career employees) including contract management of temporary employees
Occupational health and safety management
Management of KAIZEN groups (bottom-up improvement) activities.
Creation and operational management of Business Continuity Plan and Emergency Response Plan for plant.
Plant public communication, Planning and execution of plant events
Management of Quality management system in Plant.

Knowledge of labor-related laws and regulations
Experience in team management

Work experience in collaboration with overseas locations or non-Japanese colleagues.
OA & IT tool skills (Intermediate level or above)
