Top Leading Account&ゴールドアカウントにおいて、DIAGEOのラグジュアリーの世界観を浸透させ、ブランド価値を向上させる ラグジュアリー戦略の実行を通じてNSV(純売上高)の成長を加速させる プレイングマネージャーとして、自ら成果を出しながら、チームメンバーに対してOJT(On-the-Job Training)を通じた質の高いコーチングとフィードバックを提供し、チーム全体のパフォーマンス向上を実現する

1. チームマネジメント・コーチング

  • Luxury&Reserveチームのマネジメント全般を統括
  • OJT(On-the-Job Training)を実施
  • KPI達成に向けた戦略的指導を行い、実績を最大化する
  • 2. 営 業 戦 略 ・ プレイングマネ ー ジャ ー としての役割

  • Johnnie Walker Blue、 Don Julio、Singleton、Tanqueray No.TENを中心とした「ラグジュアリーポートフォリオ」の市場拡大を推進し、製品教育やテイスティングを実施
  • 3. パフォ ー マンス管理と市場 戦 略

  • Top 10%のカスタマーと連携し、収益性の高いプログラムを開発・実行し、当社ブランドの評判と認知度を向上

    Strengthen the presence of DIAGEO’s luxury brand portfolio and enhance brand value within Top Leading Accounts & Gold Accounts. Accelerate NSV (Net Sales Value) growth through the execution of luxury strategies. As a player-manager, achieve individual results while providing high-quality on-the-job training (OJT), coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance overall team performance.

    Key Responsibilities]

    1. Team Management & Coaching

  • Oversee the overall management of the Luxury & Reserve team in the Osaka area as an Area Manager.
  • Lead the team and implement on-the-job training (OJT) to facilitate the growth of individual members.
  • Provide high-quality coaching and feedback through joint sales visits to enhance sales skills.
  • Offer strategic guidance to ensure each member achieves their KPIs and maximizes performance.
  • Serve as a role model by achieving results while driving overall team success.
  • 2. Sales Strategy & Player-Manager Role

  • Act as a player-manager, taking charge of key channels (Bars, Hotels, Fine Dining, or Clubs) and driving sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver relevant content to trend-leading accounts, enhancing brand penetration and sales growth.
  • Expand market presence for DIAGEO’s Luxury Portfolio, focusing on brands such as Johnnie Walker Blue, Don Julio, Singleton, and Tanqueray No.TEN, while conducting product education and tastings.
  • Develop new customer relationships and expand the client base in assigned channels.
  • Formulate and execute channel-specific business plans to meet targets.
  • 3. Performance Management & Market Strategy

  • Manage the performance and development of team members across different channels and areas.
  • Analyze market trends, share insights with the luxury team, and develop more effective sales strategies.
  • Partner with the top 10% of trend-leading customers to develop and execute high-value programs, enhancing brand reputation and visibility.
  • Leverage customer insights to create and implement customized customer activation strategies.
  • Drive sales growth, analyze key factors, and enhance product influence based on Luxury Execution Standards across different locations and channels.

  • TLAアカウントとの体験構築およびインパクトの創出を強力に推進
  • Has the ability to build great relations with key trade influencers in the industry and knows the right places to establish trends in the trade.
  • Collaborates closely with Luxury team; Brand Ambassador, Brand Manager and Customer Activators
  • Understands consumer types, attitudes and trends
  • Customer focused and insists on high standards of delivering the plans
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation skills
  • Strong drive to make an impact and build experiences with the top TLA accounts in the Trend leading hotspot cities
  • Qualifications and Exper ience Required / 求める資格・経験

  • FMCGまたはアルコール飲料業界での実務経験があれば尚可
  • Experience in sales and management
  • FMCG or alcohol beverage or hotel work experience, is better
  • Experience in luxury sales preffered
  • Self-motivated and always want to improve
  • Basic proficiency in computer software operation ability
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Active, energetic, reliable, able to work under pressure
  • Able to actively complete the work content when the supervisor is not in the same working place
  • Japanese : native, English : preferable
