職務内容の詳細ESRが開発した新築・既存物流倉庫のリーシング活動（テナント付け） Leasing activities (tenant placement) for new and existing distribution centers developed by ESR Building relationships with tenants (customers), understanding needs, and making proposals New customers development (including telephone and walk-in sales activities) Market analysis (understanding competitive properties, market rent, tenant situation) Building local networks (intermediaries, etc.)
Requirements
- PL営業経験者（電話・飛び込み営業含む）（尚可）
- Over 1 year of experience in real estate rental business, brokerage business (logistics, office, housing, etc.)
- Experienced in 3PL sales experience at a logistics company (including telephone and walk-in sales)
- Candidates who are passionate to build a career in the logistics real estate industry
- Strong communication skills and performance-oriented
- Real estate Transaction Manager preferred
