allnex is on the look out for a HR Generalist to support our team in Japan, playing a key role in managing HR functions for both our Tokyo office staff and Shimonoseki site manufacturing team . This role involves HR operations, payroll administration, employee engagement and local recruitment activity .

Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation reviews while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with labor regulations, manage employee records, support work permit processes, and maintain accurate attendance and HR reports.
- Manage end-to-end local recruitment activity, onboarding, and performance management processes, ensuring effective talent acquisition, seamless employee integration, and continuous development.
- Identify and support employee training needs, promote internal learning programs, and facilitate development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and growth.
Required skills and experience
3 - 5 years of HR experience in a multinational company.Knowledge of Japanese labor laws, social insurance, and tax regulations.Fluent in English and Japanese.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive problem-solving mindset and team player attitude.Tech-savvy with experience in HR systems (SuccessFactors preferred).Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, or a related field.We offer
