Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding :

Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can effectively use thepany's software.

  • Relationship Management :
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with construction industry clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

  • Product Expertise :
  • Develop a deep understanding of thepany's software products and how they can be applied to meet the specific needs of construction professionals.

  • Customer Support :
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Training and Education :
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate clients on best practices and new features.

  • Feedback and Improvement :
  • Gather client feedback and work with the product development team to drive continuous improvement of the software.

  • Retention and Growth :
  • Develop strategies to increase customer retention and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

    Qualifications :

  • Experience :
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, project management, sales, or technical support within the software industry.
  • Industry Knowledge :
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its unique challenges.

  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficiency in using and explainingplex software solutions.

    Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.

  • Problem-Solving :
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.

  • Education :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
