Responsibilities
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can effectively use thepany's software.
Build and maintain strong relationships with construction industry clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Develop a deep understanding of thepany's software products and how they can be applied to meet the specific needs of construction professionals.
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate clients on best practices and new features.
Gather client feedback and work with the product development team to drive continuous improvement of the software.
Develop strategies to increase customer retention and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Qualifications :
Strong understanding of the construction industry and its unique challenges.
Proficiency in using and explainingplex software solutions.
Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
