Description

1. Design and Implementation of Game Mechanics Design and implement core game mechanics within the game engine.

2. Development of Player Interaction Design player movements, actions, and responses to provide an enjoyable experience for the players.

3. Game Balance Adjustment Create prototypes of new game ideas and mechanics, followed by testing and evaluation.

4. Prototype Creation Develop prototypes of new game ideas and mechanics, and conduct tests and evaluations.

5. Collaboration with Other Departments Work closely with art, design, and programming teams to ensure consistency across the entire game.

6. Feedback Collection and Improvement Make gameplay improvements based on player feedback to offer a better experience.

7. Creation of Specifications and Documentation Prepare documentation on implemented features and share information within and outside the team.

Who We Look For

1.ゲーム開発におけるシステム設計・管理の経験（AAAまたはAAプロジェクトが望ましい）

3.データベース管理の経験（MySQL、PostgreSQLなど）（優遇）

5.優れた問題解決能力と分析能力

6.他部門との円滑なコミュニケーション能力

Qualifications

1. Experience in system design and management in game development (preferably for AAA or AA projects)

2. Development experience in AAA action games (preferred)

3. Experience in database management (, MySQL, PostgreSQL) (preferred)

4. Experience in designing AI and game mechanics

5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

6. Strong communication skills for smooth collaboration with other departments
