Partner with employees, leaders, key stakeholders, and HR colleagues to design, develop, and execute HR initiatives that address ADI's evolving needs and priorities. As a Senior Manager, HR Business provides strategic HR advice and support to employees and managers within the Japan organization, specializing in people management and development.

Partner with managers and employees to provide HR solutions, focusing on Organizational Effectiveness, Change Leadership, Coaching, and Employee Relations.

Implement HR strategies and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Lead and deploy country-specific talent management and succession planning. Identify organizational needs, develop talent pipelines, and work with leaders to address these requirements.

Lead change management initiatives with significant employee impact. Ensure compliance with key policies and maintain proper documentation for disciplinary actions.

Manage compensation frameworks to support talent acquisition, retention, and market adjustments.

Partner with external Talent Acquisition to hire top talent for current and future business needs.

Diagnose employee concerns and foster healthy, open, and collaborative relationships between the business and its people through effective communication and management practices.

Acts as a coach and source of advice on performance and development issues - intervening where necessary to improve management and team effectiveness.
