  • Job Description]
  • Provide consulting and support in troubleshooting IT system availability issues to ensure the smooth operation of Bosch domestic plants, warehouses, and offices.
  • Propose and implement IT infrastructure solutions that align with global concepts for plants, and support their installation and operation. Collaborate with plant engineers, suppliers, and technical departments.
  • Manage asset planning, procurement, and controlling for all IT infrastructure equipment, promoting strategic IT investment with a forward-looking perspective.
  • Comply with Bosch corporate regulations and proactively apply standard processes to ensure compliance and meet security requirements.
  • Actively participate in global / regional projects and internal / external audits, contributing to the overall improvement of the organization. [Recruiting Background]

  • Qualifications
  • ITエンジニアリングまたは関連分野での3年以上の実務経験
  • Windows,Linux等のオペレーティングシステムの管理スキル
  • IT問題に対するトラブルシューティング能力
  • TOEIC 700点以上)
  • IT関連業務の経験
  • CompTIA A+,Network+などの関連資格
  • ISO27001,ISO27002,IEC62443などのグローバル標準規制に関する知識 [求められる英語力]
  • Required Experience / Skills]
  • 3+ years of experience in IT engineering or related field
  • Knowledge of networks, server hardware, software, and architectures
  • Administration skills of operating systems such as Windows and Linux
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and experience in implementing security measures
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to communicate smoothly
  • Business-level English (TOEIC 700+)
  • Japanese : Native level [Preferred Experience / Skills]
  • Experience in IT-related operations in manufacturing, logistics, research institutes, or facility management
  • Related certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+
  • Knowledge of global standard regulations such as ISO27001, ISO27002, IEC62443 [Required English Proficiency]
