Internal Position for Employees Hired by RMI】

About Organization

To enable scalable, cost-efficient, and fully automated rollout of next-generation mobile networks by integrating RAN infrastructure, transforming cloud platforms, and streamlining delivery through a unified digital operations ecosystem.

To drive the end-to-end remote integration, transformation, and lifecycle automation of 4G / 5G network infrastructure, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and cost-efficient delivery across platforms, while supporting future-ready operations through strategic cloud and toolchain evolution

We are hiring 2 Product Owners to lead and drive the evolution of the Procurement Suite, which includes five modules : Procurement Manager, Logistic Manager, Payment Manager, Acceptance Manager, and Asset Manager. These roles are essential to own and deliver the product roadmap, including the development of several pending IODs (Interface / Integration Design Documents), align functionalities with end-user needs, and support integration with Symworld. Product ownership will bring structure, enhance stakeholder coordination, improve process compliance, and ensure the suite scales effectively with the increasing delivery workload.

Job Duties

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PO to lead system enhancements in procurement, asset tracking, and rollout management.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and improve systems for procurement, asset tracking, and rollout operations.

Coordinate with construction, engineering, operations, and finance teams to gather and prioritize requirements.

Drive automation of procurement workflows, vendor onboarding, and inventory management.

Monitor system performance and implement improvements using data insights and feedback.

Ensure compliance with internal processes and telecom regulatory standards

Define delivery governance and manage end-to-end requirement lifecycle

Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership reviews and governance forums

Experience with OSS applications is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Supply Chain, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience

4–8 years of experience in telecom, product management, procurement systems, or enterprise / financial / infrastructure applications.

Technical & Domain Skills :

Basic understanding of telecom infrastructure (e.g., towers, fiber, data centers)

Familiarity with procurement and inventory management tools

Proficiency in Excel, Jira, and ERP systems

Exposure to Agile & Scrum delivery environments

Soft Skills

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment

Language

English required; Japanese is a plus (but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of Java, Microservices architecture, Spring Boot, and version control systems like Git.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams during solution design and delivery.

Languages :

English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 1 - Beginner)
