Key Accountabilities
Actively engage with guests and provide personalized service using the Peninsula Service Principles to all arrival, in-house, and departing VIPs / other guestsGreet and escort guests for in room check in for VIP & car booking arrivals with accuracyMaintain thorough knowledge of hotel offerings, including hotel’s policies and proceduresExecute profile maintenance in accordance with company data standards, including updating and merging of existing guest profilesCoordinate with hotel departments in matters regarding input, sharing, and retrieval of guest related data and information.General Requirements
Comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, systems, technology, and VIP service. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.2+ years of experience (Preferably Guest Relations / Front Desk background)Diploma or University DegreeKnowledge in hotel Property Management System (PMS) and Microsoft officeCultural sensitivity and high emotional intelligence. Discretion and confidentiality in guest matters. Ability to communicate effectively. Flexibility in working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
