Description 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 The Patient Centricity Culture and Integration (C&I) Manager is responsible for supporting global projects related to ensuring a culture of patient centricity at Astellas and enhancing awareness of Astellas as a patient centric company. The Manager is responsible for providing input on planning, executing, tracking and reporting of projects and initiatives that help translate the vision and strategy of patient centricity into action at Astellas. The Manager will build strong partnerships with key stakeholders internally and externally at all levels in order to effectively establish a patient centric culture within Astellas. 【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 (雇入れ直後) ■Culture (50% of role) : Collaborates on the development and delivery of multi-year global patient centric culture initiatives including the Patient Centricity University (PCU), PC Month, internal innovation challenges, employee patient support, and employee stories initiatives. ・Coordinates and facilitates PCU workshops, training, and LMS courses ・Manages content upgrades in Content Management Systems (e.g. LMS, Learning+, Workzone, Brainshark) ・Proactively engages program participants to ensure satisfaction, learning, and growth ・Tracks culture metrics, provides reports, and collaborates on changes to improve processes and outcomes. ・Collaborates on the development of program content ・Contributes to PC Month preparation ・Communicates culture initiatives within Astellas by actively engaging potential partners and participants ■Integration (40% of role) : Identifies opportunities and contributes to improving the integration of patient centricity into all functional units through an agile approach. ・Manages Monthly and Quarterly Reports, monthly functional unit meetings, and ad hoc meetings and reports as necessary. Contributes to the Patient Centricity Annual Report. ・Participates in and creates materials for cross-divisional meetings. Researches and collaborates on integrating organizational initiatives such as Agile, Values & Behaviors, and Free-Thinking Fridays into C&I Team and functional unit processes. ・Supports oversight of impact measurement, reporting and administrative activities for Patient Centricity. ・Supports priority cross-functional projects (e.g. Value Creation, Value Delivery, Value Enablement) based on skills relevant to each project. ■Communications (10% of role) : Articulates the compelling narrative of how Patient Centricity in Astellas a) improves VALUE for patients, b) supports Astellas teams with achieving patient-related outcomes, and c) provides a model for external audiences to apply patient centricity in their organizations. ・Manages Patient Centricity intranet content and provides patient centricity content for Astellas websites ・Communicates Patient Centricity culture initiatives using an omni-channel approach including Astellas websites, internal and external social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Viva Engage), presentations and white papers ・Collaborates with the Head of C&I to engage external event managers on opportunities to promote patient centricity initiatives to pharma, healthcare, global development and international media audiences. ・Collaborates with internal communications colleagues and external communications consultants and creative partners.   • This position frequently interacts with Patient Centricity Leadership Team (PCLT), functional unit colleagues and other Astellas colleagues worldwide
  • At Astellas we recognize the importance of work / life balance, and we are proud to offer a hybrid working solution allowing time to connect with colleagues at the office with the flexibility to also work from home. This position is based in Tokyo or Singapore or Beijing / Shanghai, and will require some on-site work at Tokyo or Singapore or Beijing / Shanghai HQ, as well as infrequent travel to other Astellas or event locations.
  • Some early morning and late night hours are required to accommodate team members and internal customers in the US, Europe and Asia. 【応募要件 / Qualifications】 <必須 / Required>
  • University degree
  • Previous work experience (2-3 years) in project management and execution
  • Excellent communication skills; enjoys engaging and collaborating with colleagues across the organization
  • Adaptable, fast learner, proactive, flexible, goal-oriented and results-driven
  • Able to provide and receive positive and critical feedback
  • Ability to gather, analyze and translate data into information and actionable insights
  • Strong commitment to improving the lives of patients and their families through culture transformation and communication of proven patient centric approaches
  • A commitment to the Astellas and Patient Centricity VISION and evolving ways of working
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools : Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Forms <歓迎 / Preferred>
  • MBA, DBA or relevant Masters or Ph.D. degree
  • Organizational learning & development experience
  • Marketing and internal communications experience
  • Learning management systems experience
  • Organizational culture transformation experience
  • Knowledge of patient centricity
  • Previous work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
