As a Data-Driven Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing production processes through data analysis, automation, and system integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
Application of Manufacturing Science
Utilize principles of scheduling, inventory management, and capacity planning to optimize production workflows and resource allocation.
Database Management and Analysis
Design, manage, and query databases using SQL to support data-driven decision-making in manufacturing operations.
Programming and Visualization Tools
Develop scripts and applications using Python, Java, Tableau, Matlab, or C# to automate processes and visualize key performance indicators.
Tool and Platform Utilization
Work with Snowflake, Visual Studio, GIT, and Azure DevOps to manage code, data pipelines, and collaborative development environments.
Data Analytics and Quality Improvement
Implement data collection, cleansing, warehousing, and visualization strategies to support yield improvement, cost reduction, and quality assurance initiatives.
Position requires : 1. Manufacturing Science, including scheduling, inventory management, and capacity planning; 2. Database management methods and techniques including SQL; 3. Scripting, programming and visualization tools, including Python, Java, Tableau, Matlab, or C#; 4. Snowflake, Visual studio, GIT, and Azure DevOps; 5. Application of data visualization, data collection, data analytics warehousing systems, and data cleansing.
