This important role involves working with global teams and supporting branches across the APAC region, including China and Singapore. As the HRBP Leader, you will align HR strategies with business goals, foster a positive work environment, and support company growth. • Oversee payroll, benefits, and organizational changes for smooth operations.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and talent development in collaboration with performance teams.
• Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead annual HR activities like budget planning and performance reviews.
• Conduct regular site visits across APAC, with some international travel.
