We’re looking for a Sales Executive to help accelerate our growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, navigating technical sales cycles, and driving new business for cutting-edge technology solutions.
Location : Remote within Japan
Tasks
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, especially for technically sophisticated clients.
- Understand and translate client infrastructure challenges into tailored solution proposals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Blackwall’s goals for market expansion and revenue growth.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities across hosting, cybersecurity, and infrastructure sectors.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with technical stakeholders, including engineering and IT leaders.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and contribute to the product roadmap.
- Represent Blackwall at key industry events and conferences across the region.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot).
Requirements
4+ years of sales, business development, or product experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, hosting, or infrastructure sectors.Proven ability to sell technical products to both commercial and technical decision-makers.Experience engaging with clients and understanding their needs, challenges, and goalsExcellent English and Japanese communication skills, both written and verbal.A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first team.Bonus Points :
