Field Generalist

Position : DUV fabteam in-shift generalist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Discuss / work with 2nd line / 3rd line and provide action plan for shift team to perform.
• Participate in projects / postmortem assignment.
• Support SD / USD in CR.
• Technical Lead in all competencies, escalation lead in shift.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Attend customer meeting / answer customer technical questions.
• Skill up junior engineer.

Time Distribution :

3か月）

9 : 00～21 : 30、21 : 00～翌9 : 30（休憩90分）

2交代で3勤3休のシフト制
