- The IT Service Management (ITSM) The team is a highly skilled and diverse group of professionals dedicated to providing Unified Service Delivery Management services based on ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices. Our department operates on a hybrid model, leveraging the expertise across Japan and India. Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sectorSolid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsPMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plusITIL / ServiceNow certified, ServiceNow CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOMPast work experience of ServiceNow Implementation of ITSM, ITOM.Preferred Qualification :
Past work experience with industry leading providers of ITSM toolsKnowledge on other ServiceNow tools like ITAM, Application portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management, CSM etc.Japanese languages : Native level Japanese required and business level English
