Responsibilities :

Proposal of new Capex equipment like new tester equipment for BE line capacity ramp-up, its introducing and setting up the process conditions for mass production. Make and issue the work instruction documents.
Drive continuous improving and realizing for stable operation of existing whole BE line for Lase chip production.
Leading KPI improvement activity like Cycle Time and Takt Time reduction etc for maximizing mass-production capability and realizing cost reduction.
Rapid addressing to various production line troubles and its fixing by collaborating with RD team and / or Mfg tool maintenance team.
Development of tool visualization utilizing manufacturing databases collaborating with IT team.

Expected Background :

Graduate technical college or above.

BSc, MSc degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, or a relevant equivalent technical field.

Expected Skill :

Highly recommend if applicant have experience in Mfg BE production engineering and / or development engineering of chip production line.

Experienced in mechanical & electrical engineering in the semiconductor BE segment.

Fluent Japanese speaker. Better if can speak English and / or read the documents.
