Tasks
Main Duties
- Plan annual sales forecast
- Achieve sales target and multi-channel strategy target
- Provide development plan / reporting with action plans
- Drive development project throughout APAC region market, includin Japan domestic
- Plan, promote and organize new product development activities and events
New Customer acquisition
Market analysis for automotive aftermarket, Off highway business category, Fleet business category and new business fieldsIdea creation of new solution to acquire new customers and approachPropose our solution (products and services) to customers, conduct demonstration if necessarySubmit quotation to new customer, negotiate and finalize business conditionBusiness expansion with new products
Introduce new products to existing customersCreate introduction strategy / materials of new products for customers (. monthly mail magazine, online event to introduce releasing of new products, etc)Education and experience level
University bachelor’s degree or above4years+ experience in sales and new customer acquisition in automotive industry is mandatoryAftermarket knowledge is a big plusLanguage skills
Business Japanese and English language skills
