Your Role and Responsibilities :

  • Drive Sales Growth : Develop and implement annual strategies to boost product sales. Ensure effective execution in the field while managing expense budgets to support activities.
  • Strategic Planning : Shape the future of our products by managing the product portfolio and lifecycle in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Demand Planning : Take charge of demand planning and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Margin Improvement : Enhance product margins through continuous marketing excellence initiatives.

A global healthcare manufacturer specializing in the development, manufacturing, and sale of nutritional products designed to help people of all ages live healthier lives. Their product portfolio includes a wide range of products such as infant formulas, medical nutritional products, and performance nutrition products.

Some of the categories they have well-known brands in include :

  • An infant formula brand designed to provide essential nutrients for babies.
  • A nutritional supplement drink t hat provides balanced nutrition to support adults' health, particularly those who need extra nutrition due to illness, surgery, or aging.
  • A nutritional drink formulated to help children grow and develop, particularly those who are picky eaters or have dietary restrictions.
  • Specialized nutrition products designed for people with diabetes to help manage blood sugar levels.
  • Nutrition bars and shakes aimed at providing balanced nutrition for active lifestyles.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop comprehensive annual marketing plans, including both H1 and H2 strategies.
  • Lead global cross-functional and intercompany projects as needed.
  • Optimize product lifecycle management to keep products competitive.
  • Create impactful promotional materials in partnership with Marketing Communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders.
  • Leverage our global presence by communicating effectively with international and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate :

    Proactively identify and communicate work issues, obstacles, and create contingency plans.

  • Effectively adapt to changes while embracing diversity.
  • View changes as opportunities for learning and development.
  • Build :

  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience as a product manager in the pharma industry, OTC, or other medical-related fields. FMCG marketing experience is a plus.
  • Strong logical communication skills.
  • Proven project management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Digital marketing knowledge and experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MS-Project is a plus.
  • English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 750 or above.
