Work Location : Tokyo, Japan

Skills Required :

• Familiarity with software engineering, process framework, testability, quality etc.
• Understand software and application architecture
• Demonstrated Project Management and Resource Management skills
• Experienced in building architectures for multi-platform, multi-tier, and multi-technology - Java / Microsoft / Open source-based solutions / embedded software.
• Knowledge of architectural patterns
• Ability to Work with the Client Managers and Architects, Project Manager, and the team, during the life cycle of the project / product to achieve successful execution and deployment.
• Problem solving skill
• Good oral & written communication skills & customer interaction skills
• Good onsite-offshore coordination experience
• Good planning, estimation, tracking / monitoring, people / team management, vendor management experience
• Good Presentation Skills
• Understand scope and objectives of the proposed system
