The Opportunity :
In this role, you will enhance Agoda’s success by recruiting and attracting high-quality, diverse candidates. You will focus on both active and passive candidate generation for various positions locally and globally, acting as a talent acquisition expert. Your emphasis will be on hiring top Sales, Account Management talents within the Agoda Supply organization.
In this Role, you’ll get to :
- Support the business by delivering effective, timely recruitment solutions, utilizing analytics to enhance the hiring process.
- Provide a full range of recruitment services, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Review CVs and conduct pre-screening and in-person interviews as needed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers in the selection process, attending interviews to provide support.
- Conduct interview debriefs to address potential issues and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top external talent, leveraging various channels and techniques.
- Enhance our employer brand in partnership with the HR team.
What you’ll Need to Succeed :
3+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).Experience recruiting for APAC markets preferred, especially Japan.Experience in the OTA (online travel), e-commerce, or tech industries preferred.Fluency in English; additional languages like Japanese are a plus.Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies across various locations and disciplines.Strong relationship-building skills at all business levels.Excellent organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize.Confident communicator capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes.Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and priorities.
